COACH EVALUATIONS

With the 2021/2022 hockey season coming to a close soon we are always looking ahead to the next season.

We ask our membership to fill out a Coach Evaluation on the website.  The information provided in these evaluations are key for our Executive in planning for next season.  Evaluations are private and confidential.

The online form is located under the "Team Officials" tab, then under "Coaches" here you will see the form for the online evaluation.
