A Season of Giving, News (West Grey Minor Hockey)

The U13 Tier 2 group is one of West Grey’s newly blended teams. The kids have really come together and truly bonded. As we are two communities coming together, we’ve decided to use this unique situation as a platform to be able give back to our communities as well.

For the next 3 months, we will be working as a team on drives that will give back to our communities! First up is our November Food Drive Challenge. 

Every home game we are encouraging, not only our own families and fans, but also the opposing teams’ families and fans, to donate items to our cause- and everything will be donated to our Communities Food Bank at the end of the month! 

 

Upcoming Home Games (Durham Arena)

-Wednesday November 16 @ 7:30 vs Walkerton

-Sunday November 20 @ 3:30 vs Saugeen Shores

-Wednesday November 30 @ 7:30 vs Listowel 

 

You can donate such items as:

Dry pasta 

Canned Sauces 

All Non-Perishable Food items

Personal Care Items (shampoo/body wash etc)

Feminine Care Products

Baby Formula
