Good Evening Warrior's familiesHopefully everyone had a relaxing Christmas and New Year's celebrating with family and friends. Now that we have the holiday hustle behind us, we are beginning our vote for the NEW MASCOT for our amalgamated organization "Saugeen Valley Minor Hockey"
You will be receiving an email containing the link and details for voting either tonight or tomorrow. This will be the same format as last time with ONE VOTE PER FAMILY.
Voting will close on January 17, 2023, at 5:00pm

Parker White - Knighthawk
We submitted Knighthawks to include both the Warrior (Knight) and the Falcon (Hawk). The image could include a Hawk with a Knight helmet on it to encompass parts of both West Grey and Hanover’s mascots.
April Reay - Surge
The reason I suggested this was because of its meaning….a powerful forward movement. That’s what we are combining our two hockey associations. Thought the logo could be a wave with a falcon and warrior hidden in the wave.
Dan Began - Whalers
My submission is for the Saugeen Valley Whalers while using the old Hartford whalers logo. There’s an “H” in the logo for Hanover and a “W” in it for west grey. Green and white are on the Hanover flag as well as the grey county flag and blue and white is on the Durham flag, so It all ties in very well. This article has been viewed 197 times.
