A Win and a Shut out!!!
We took the long way around but we've finally arrived at the winner's circle.
A great game in Hanover tonight resulted in a 3-0 win over Hanover and our first win of the season. And boy, was it a good one!!
Our goalie was in beast mode from start to finish and earned a well deserved shut out. Great job, Liam!!!!!
West Grey dominated the entire game. Shot after shot on goal and all of the team pulled together to dig deep and come out with the win.
The team kept pressure on the puck, made good plays, smart passes and some pretty slick moves.
With a 2-0 lead after the 1st period, the fans were on the edge of their seats wondering if tonight was the night!!
Another goal in the 3rd and you could feel the excitement in the air. The win was so close we could taste it. The final buzzer sounded and West Grey fans would not be disappointed!
